Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa Koloa, Koloa

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was truly delightful, featuring stunning ocean views and a vast pool area that kept us entertained throughout our trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some moments of service delays due to apparent staffing issues. While the accommodations were spacious, the decor felt a bit outdated for the price we paid, which left us wanting just a bit more for a top-tier resort experience. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway with some room for improvement.
